Design comes first, then your approval, then the build, with progress you can actually see. Before launch, everything is quality-checked and tested end to end, as a stranger would use it. Only when it all works do you pay the balance.
Scope, agreed in writing
Exact page count, revision allowance, integrations, content responsibilities, timeline and scope are agreed in writing before work begins. Unlimited pages, unlimited revisions, extensive copywriting, advanced SEO and complex custom booking systems are not included unless agreed. That written scope is what protects both of us from surprises halfway through.
Projects are paid 50% upfront and 50% when the agreed work is complete and tested, before final handover. Monthly support is billed monthly. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

Do I need all my content ready before we start?
No. Content responsibilities are part of what we agree in writing before work begins, so you know exactly what you need to supply and what I handle.
Will my booking platform be integrated?
In most cases, yes. If your platform supports embedding or linking, I will connect it into your site properly. Where a platform limits what is possible, I will tell you exactly what can and cannot be done before we rely on it.
Will the site work well on a phone?
Yes. Every website I build is mobile-responsive and tested on real phones before launch, because most of your visitors will find you on one.
Do I have to take monthly support after launch?
No. At handover, I show you how to make routine updates, and you can manage the site yourself. The Website Care and Conversion plan is there if you’d rather I look after it for you. If your current site only needs its booking journey fixed rather than a rebuild, the Booking Flow Fix is the smaller job.
